During one of my solo trips, I stumbled upon a hidden stretch of coastline — a place where everything aligned for the perfect adventure. Steady Meltemi winds, crystal-clear water, and a kite spot still untouched by the crowds. It felt raw, undiscovered, and full of possibility — the kind of place that turns an island into a playground.
This trip is about more than wind. It’s about freedom, exploration, and letting nature set the rhythm of your days. Kite when the wind is on, climb when the sun is high, dive when the sea calls. One island. Endless adventure.
The Spot
Rhodes
Rhodes offers one of the most consistent wind systems in the Mediterranean, powered by the Meltemi and shaped by open coastline and clear waters.

We’ll be based at an established kite club with over 10 years of local experience. The beach we ride is still largely unknown to the wider kite community — uncrowded, natural, and carefully respected. It’s the kind of spot you don’t find on a map, and one we intend to keep that way.

The Stay
The villa
Tucked between sky and sea, this elegant villa is more than a place to sleep — it’s the heart of the kite trip. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, it strikes the perfect balance between ocean energy and quiet retreat. Mornings start with an easy walk to the shore, afternoons end back at the villa, sun-kissed and carried by the breeze.

The villa is our base of operations: a place to dry gear, share meals, exchange stories, and unwind. With apartments for groups or solo travelers and studios for those seeking more privacy, it’s designed for both connection and comfort.

The Experience
Beyond kiting
While kiting is at the core of the trip, the experience extends far beyond the water. We’ll organize complementary adventures that make the most of the island:
• A sunset hike to the highest point on Rhodes
• An introduction to deep-water solo (DWS) climbing
• A cliff dive to finish, straight into the sea
